what payment methods do you accept?

we accept the following payment methods: mastercard, visa, american express, discover, diner's club, interac, and paypal.  we only take payment once your order has been shipped. if you decide to use paypal, you will be taken to the paypal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. you’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

where is my refund?

we aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. with that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. we’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

where is my order confirmation?

this is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order (make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it).

why was my order cancelled?

we typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem on our end. we will always process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

how do I cancel/change my order?

if you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at as soon as possible. we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot alter orders once processing begins. 

when will my order arrive?

please allow up to 3 business days for processing. once your order has dispatched, shipping speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

how much is shipping?

shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by weight, distance, and shipping speed. we are pleased to offer free shipping across canada on orders of $75 or more!

can I track my order?

yes. once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the progress of your order online!

where is my order?

if your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered but you can't find it, please email us at and we will assist you with this.


can I return an item?

we can offer a full refund on puchased products within 14 days of delivery provided the item is undamaged, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. any return shipping costs will not be covered, however.

how do I return an item?

please contact us at if you wish to return an item. provided the return is within 14-days of your receipt of the order and meets our return criteria, we will issue you a return note by email. please print this out and include it in the package when returning it to us. you will need to arrange and pay for packaging and shipping when returning an item.

there is a problem with my order. what can I do?

in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us via with the details. we will respond as soon as possible and do our best to make it right!

how long does it take to process my return?

this depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. we aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
